"Yes, it's imperative that we have a meeting to discuss these things so that I understand thoroughly your condition and understand your goals. I also bring an Assumption of Risk form, and Physical Activity Readyness Questioneer (PAR Q) form for you to read and sign."
Do you offer a 10 punch pass that I can buy which might offer a discount off the hourly rate?
"Yes, 10 punch pass is available for $550, a $10 savings per hour session."
